Florence Schnydrig Moser, Vice President of Advance, is the first woman in the history of Zürcher Kantonalbank to be appointed to the executive board. This success comes as no surprise: Florence stands out with her broad banking experience and excellent qualifications. She is an inspiring leader, innovator and game-changer. Last, but not least, she is a pioneer in promoting gender equality in Swiss business.

Florence Schnydrig Moser has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held various leadership positions in Switzerland, Australia and Asia. Since 2018, she has been CEO of Swisscard AECS GmbH in Horgen, a company owned by Credit Suisse and American Express, with around 700 employees. Florence joined the Board of Advance in 2019. Together with her Board colleagues, she is creating impact by strategic guidance for our organization. As an enthusiastic leader, innovator and game-changer, Florence is not only personally invested in promoting gender equality but sees diverse teams as a prerequisite to delivering outstanding results. She strongly believes that a better gender mix at senior management and executive board level enhances a company’s innovation and creativity and in so doing improves a firm’s culture, decision-making and solution development.

Empowering women with specific leadership trainings and access to role models as well as helping corporations become more inclusive through best practices exchange are just a couple of important drivers of this much needed change.
