Do you have a goal and would like to turn it into reality? One which excites you but still feels just out of reach, or maybe doesn’t fit the ‘norms’ society imposes? This workshop is for you. It will empower your mind, your heart and your path to success. It will help you make your goal happen!
You will learn with the 6P Success Mindset Model the six key factors necessary to pursue, plan and achieve your goals, even the seemingly impossible ones. This model will build your confidence, courage and resilience.
In this hands-on workshop you will get a thorough understanding of the 6P Success Mindset Model, deepen it with like-minded women and walk away being able to apply it immediately to your own life. You will be inspired by Monika’s cycling record and how she applied the model to become the best version of herself, achieving what most thought impossible. Monika will be your guide in an encouraging, fun and motivating way.

Monika Sattler
Career Mindset and Leadership Coach
Monika Sattler is the Managing Director of Sattler Consulting GmbH, Leadership and Masterclass Coach, two-time cycling record holder, author and TEDx speaker.
With more than 10 years of experience in leadership coaching and professional cycling as well as her self-developed model, which describes the six key factors to success, she supports individuals, managers and teams to achieve seemingly impossible goals.
As an international speaker, she has led more than 200 keynotes and workshops and worked with well-known companies such as AWS, Deutsche Telekom, UPS and AXA.
Her book “Because success is not what you think it is” highlights the six key factors and offers immediately applicable tips.
Previously, she worked at the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and IBM and studied International Security with a focus on nuclear weapons in North Korea and Iran at Georgetown University and sports at the University of Minnesota.
