We are thrilled to keep advancing with Merck (Schweiz) AG as a new member company of Advance!
“Breakthroughs begin with curiosity”, state Merck. We are curious to discover how we can best support Merck in Switzerland on their further journey to gender-balance in leadership. And we are also very curious to see what we can learn from Merck and share as best practices within our network. Thus, we very much look forward to working together with Merck on a cultural breakthrough towards gender equality.
Merck (Schweiz) AG is the local subsidiary of Merck and operates out of Zug. The local team is responsible for the pharmaceutical business in Switzerland, with treatments for Oncology, Neurology, Fertility and Endocrinology.
With a project called “Freiraum”, Christiane von der Eltz, CEO Merck (Schweiz) AG, is leading the organization to a more agile way of working. The program includes more openness and flexibility, more empowerment and personal responsibility and tries to create more space for innovation. Christiane is confident that young employees appreciate the new agility at Merck.
