Talking about gender equality is one thing, changing the ‘Rules’ of the ‘Career Game’ to make them gender-equal is another. – A challenge we undertook at the Advance Flagship Event on March 8. Together with our speakers, panelists and involved business professionals in the audience, we game-changed and created over 250 suggestions for new ‘rules’.
